I had a carbon monoxide detector alert several times. It was a complicated situation that I literally would not have survived without the expert help of the owner Martin Davis. First, he and his crew came out and inspected all my gas appliances. He took several hours to complete the inspections, being very thorough. He suggested a 2nd opinion from the propane guys and worked with them on a solution. That is indeed rare to put a solution ahead of ego. Ultimately, they found an issue with the heat exchanger. He guided me through a very complicated warranty issue and defended my warranty rights with several difficult manufacturers. Of course, his team then expertly fixed the issue. He returned with his tester to confirm all was resolved and found a 2nd problem with the water heater. That 2nd visit truly shows the care and dedication he and his team deliver for their clients. There are many AC guys out there, the difficulty is finding someone who cares and will go the extra mile (and then come back) to make sure my family was safe and ac unit was performing. Doesn't get better than that!
