"I had a carbon monoxide detector alert several times. It was a complicated situation that I literally would not have survived without the expert help of the owner Martin Davis. First, he and his crew came out and inspected all my gas appliances. He took several hours to complete the inspections, being very thorough. He suggested a 2nd opinion from the propane guys and worked with them on a solution. That is indeed rare to put a solution ahead of ego. Ultimately, they found an issue with the heat exchanger. He guided me through a very complicated warranty issue and defended my warranty rights with several difficult manufacturers. Of course, his team then expertly fixed the issue. He returned with his tester to confirm all was resolved and found a 2nd problem with the water heater. That 2nd visit truly shows the care and dedication he and his team deliver for their clients. There are many AC guys out there, the difficulty is finding someone who cares and will go the extra mile (and then come back) to make sure my family was safe and ac unit was performing. Doesn't get better than that!"

"They are professional and offer a fair price for their work. I’ve used them for about 8 years for maintenance and have had them also do a full install at my house. In regards to the install, I unfortunately chose a model that has had a few equipment problems, but Martin has gone well beyond what any normal HVAC company would do for repairs on it, working outside what would normally be covered under warranty. Although it has had its problems Martin and his team never fail to come out on time and fix the issue. I appreciate him being reasonable, not a lot of businesses really stand by their work like that anymore."

"Of course our AC failed during one of the hottest days of the year! I noticed the house getting warmer and warmer and knew we had a problem. I immediately called Capitol and they had a technician at our home in 30 minutes. The problem was quickly found, in about 15 minutes, and we were back in business about two hours later. Capitol also does our regular, scheduled maintenance twice a year, which I'd recommend as it helps to avoid bigger problems that cost you more later. And they give you options if they notice something; they don't immediately start telling you that you need to spend a ton of money. They're honest and professional. Derrick and his co-worker cleaned the system, checked the pressures, replaced the electrical breaker in the breaker box, re-programmed and replaced the compressor fan, cut the fan shaft to make it fit, re-tested everything, and had our AC back up and running in about an hour and 15 minutes.
