My cousin, Elisa, recommended Capital AC because the did great work for her. Christian arrived within an hour of my call. He replaced the capacitor and completed all maintenance in less than an hour. He also located a loose exhaust pipe on the furnace and repaired that, preventing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak. This company has honest, caring employees and the bill was lower that I expected. Great company. Martin and his team were very responsive, coming promptly to check our a/c issue, giving a clear & honest evaluation. Then they did the work efficiently & at a reasonable price (less than other quotes and not upselling as others tried to do).
Called this company to help with proper installation of my new smart thermostats and to figure out why my new unit was turning on even when set to off. Mason was diligent in making sure that he solved the issue and that everything is working well moving forward. Very responsive service call and great overall experience working with them!
I use Capitol Air Conditioning for all my A/C and Heating system needs and have for years. They give you options when something needs fixing and make sure you get any deals that are available. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is in good condition. They are quick to respond and show up when they say they will or call to let you know if there is any delay. Plus, they are just nice people. They care about their customers. They are picky about who they hire; as far as I can tell, they only hire the best. Good guys. Highly recommended.
NEVER DISAPPOINTED with the service!!
I had a concern with our air system over the weekend. Even though they were closed they responded to a message left and came out first thing Monday. Derek is so kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for any heating or air service. Treat you like family:)
Of course our AC failed during one of the hottest days of the year! I noticed the house getting warmer and warmer and knew we had a problem. I immediately called Capitol and they had a technician at our home in 30 minutes. The problem was quickly found, in about 15 minutes, and we were back in business about two hours later. Capitol also does our regular, scheduled maintenance twice a year, which I'd recommend as it helps to avoid bigger problems that cost you more later. And they give you options if they notice something; they don't immediately start telling you that you need to spend a ton of money. They're honest and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else, Capitol is the best.
Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. What more can I ask for. These folks have been doing my units at a workshop/place of business, and at my home. Completely satisfiued.
Just wanted to update. This still the only HVAC company I trust. They are proactive and keep my unit functioning so I don't have to suffer in the heat or cold. This is the only HVAC company that I will use. They are skilled professionals that care for my HVAC like it was their own. I use only quality companies that have integrity. I trust Capitol City AC completely. They take very good care of my needs by being reactive instead of proactive. I highly recommend them!!

We've had Capitol AC Service maintain my mother's ageing HVAC system in Jarrell for over 5 years without issue. When my wife and I bought a 12 year old home in Killeen, the AC stopped working in July, and the warranty company was telling us "to buy a fan" because it was going to be weeks before they would have our AC restored. I called Capitol AC Service asking if they could come to Killeen and troubleshoot our situation. They were there that morning. We decided to let Capitol AC Service order the components, get our HVAC system restored, and we'd deal with the warranty co. separately. We were happy we did, because they had our system running as soon as the components arrived. The cost was less than I anticipated too. Now, we've moved to Jarrell, and Capitol AC Services continues to maintain our HVAC systems. Thanks for the great service!
I cannot say enough great things about capital ac! Amazing people! Family owned business! Super fast service and incredibly professional even when they are swamped with work. They helped me so much keep my 20+ year old unit going til I was ready to replace it. Then when we were ready, they replaced our old unit, fixed all the air flow problems, and my electric bill went down YAY! They got it done super fast and I haven’t had a signal issue with it. I recommended them to everyone I know and they all love them too!

They do quality work, you make an appointment they there on time. And asked if I need anything else and they’ll change my filters for me I really appreciate it because I can’t get on the ladders myself

We recently had Capital do a spring AC check. They were very responsive and scheduled the call right away. Mason called to give me a eta and arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He installed a new part. Unfortunately after the service call, we noticed that the unit was not running and the house was heating up. I called Mason and he came right out even though it was after 7 pm. He identified the problem as a plugged drain, fixed it and the unit started working. He apologized for not having found the issue during the earlier service call. We were so appreciative of his quick response and helpful attitude.

A Big Shout Out to Capitol Air Conditioning Services, Georgetown for their service. Derrick and his co-worker cleaned the system, checked the pressures, replaced the electrical breaker in the breaker box, re-programmed and replaced the compressor fan, cut the fan shaft to make it fit, re-tested everything, and had our AC back up and running in about an hour and 15 minutes. That is FIVE STAR SERVICE!

My wife and I solicited 3 bids for this job. During the bidding process, Martin was the most thorough by not only inspecting the inside and outside units, but also inspecting the duct work, attic, and wiring. He took the time to explain to me why I would or wouldn't need certain things and how everything works together. Combine that with their decades of experience and the fact they are a family owned business (with an A+ rating from BBB) and they won the job. For the install, they showed up exactly on time and finished exactly on time. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. My wife and I work from home, so that was important. Will definitely be recommending!
Our Capacitor went out on our A/C unit on the hottest day of the year last week...Derek arrived promptly the next day and within less than an hour, he had us hooked up and running cool...we've had Derek do repair work for us before and he is very professional and quick! Outstanding work! Thanks!
