Martin and team have worked with us for the last year to finally identify a poorly made part from the manufacturer on our system. It only took that long due to the intermittency of the issue, not because of any wrongdoing by the Capitol AC team. Once we found the issue, it was very quickly rectified and Capitol worked with us to share the cost even though it was a manufacturing issue. Amazing service! Martin came as a second opinion from another company that I wasn’t confident in. Turned out it was only a clogged drain line instead of the $7100 handler replacement the other company said I needed. He said it might throw a fault code in the next week and if it did to call him. When it did Mason came out and found some other small issues that he fixed. Their ability to clearly explain what was wrong, including taking pictures of repaired items, is head and shoulders better than anyone else I’ve ever used. I am now confident my older system will last another year and when it comes time to replace it will only be through them.
