Small problems with your HVAC system have a way of snowballing fast. A motor that's struggling, a drain line that's backed up - these aren't things you want to ignore. Left alone, they turn into water damage, no cooling at all, or worse.
When we get a call about a system acting up, we don't just swap parts and hope for the best. We dig into it. Using a Fluke multimeter to test a fan motor directly tells us exactly what's going on electrically - whether the motor has failed, is drawing too much current, or is just wired wrong. That kind of diagnostic work takes a few extra minutes, but it means we're fixing the actual problem and not guessing.
Drain issues are just as common and just as easy to miss until water is going somewhere it shouldn't. The buildup you can see on condensate drain fittings is a good example of what happens over time - algae, debris, and scale slowly choke off flow until the drain backs up completely. Catching it early makes a big difference.
We handle both the mechanical and the drainage side of things, which means you're not calling two different companies to figure out why your system isn't working. One call, one team that knows what to look for.
That's how we approach every service call - find the root cause, fix it properly, and make sure it's not coming back any time soon.
