Most people don't think about their AC until it's already struggling in the middle of a heat wave. By then, you're dealing with rushed repair calls, limited equipment availability, and a house that won't cool down. Getting ahead of that is exactly what this install was about.

We put in a full Friedrich system - air handler in the attic and two condensing units outside. Friedrich is a solid brand that doesn't get talked about enough. They build reliable, efficient equipment that holds up well over time, and this setup is dialed in to handle whatever summer throws at it.

The attic portion of the work is where a lot of the detail lives. The air handler is mounted on a proper platform with a full condensate drain pan underneath, drain lines routed correctly, and ductwork connected and sealed on both sides. Everything up there is set up to handle the heat load without any surprises down the line. It's tight work in a hot space, and our tech put in the time to get it right.

Outside, both condensing units are sitting level on concrete pads, properly anchored and positioned for good airflow. Clean install from top to bottom.

This is exactly the kind of work we're doing all summer - full AC installations, tune-ups on existing systems, and making sure people aren't caught off guard when temperatures spike. A little attention to your system now goes a long way toward keeping things running smoothly all season.
